Sound motif - Cowboy sound (wisherling), when Clint Eastwood walks onto set, when the bed guy walks on its the sound noice but in a harsh deeper noice. (Darker). This gives you a element to the character just using the sound.
Emotional Realism - Heavy Breathing
Foley - Rustling noice, Tapping. 

Sounds Effects

Ambience - Pertains to the prevading atmoshere of a place. Ambience is widley used as a synonym for ambient sound. Sound consists of noise in the environment.
Establishing sound - Sound that establishes, from the very beginning of a scene, the general character of the surroundings.
Sound motif - A sound effect or combination of sound effects that are associated with a particular character, setting, situation or idea though the film.
Foley - A sound effect technique for synchronous effects or live effects.
Dialogue- Speach from characters.  
Emotional realism - The same sound can serve both the physical and the emotional meaning.
